DVD/Blu-Ray Rental Policy Changes

In an effort to cut down on movie losses, the Longview Public Library has made some changes to the movie rental policy. This will affect all patrons who wish to check out movies (both DVDs and Blu-ray Discs). Effective January 2, 2013, the limit on the number of movies allowed to be checked out at one time has been lowered from 10 per card down to 5 per card. In addition, late fees have increased from $1.00/day per movie to $2.00/day per movie.
