Borrower's Card Info

When receiving a Borrower's Card, each borrower must sign a legal contract containing information on Library Policies.
Borrower's Card
You may get a borrower's card at no cost if the following is true:

• You live in Texas
• You are 18 years of age or older
• You can provide proof of Texas residency
• You have a valid state ID or driver's license

For youth ages 4-17, a biological parent or legal guardian must sign the legal contract.
Lost Borrower's Cards
If your borrower's card is lost or stolen, you may replace it for a fee of $5.00 per lost card per incident.
Check-out Materials
You must provide your Borrower's Card any time you check out materials. This ensures we check-out materials to the correct person.
